70celsius is normal with stock cooling but it seems high with S1. I upgraded cooling to HR-03 with 92mm fan and my idle temp is 44, load is 57. try adding 92mm fan. and check my thread.

Mine is dimension 521. Some of my friends have the same case even though the dimension number is different.
