We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

    Decent Wi-Fi for $10-$25?

It's a little trickier to set up, but I'd suggest checking the compatible list for DD-WRT and find a cheap router on ebay that matches the list (there are tons of options). I think I picked mine up for 10 - 15 bucks. You can set that up to be a Wireless Bridge which gives you the added bonus of...

New Mostly Non-Gaming Build... Discrete vs. Integrated Graphics?

Tnx for the responses guys @Danny Bui - good suggestions, I started looking around at some HD 7770 and looks like it could be a good fit if I go that route. I also should have been clearer in my first post, my intention with the ram is 2x8gb (not 1x16gb) @1911Shootist / Skillz - thanks for...

    Building & Expanding Portfolio

Thanks for the great suggestions guys -- I really appreciate it :) I've had some decent results thus far with a little craigslist ad I posted -- got one gig that, though Im not going to use as portfolio fodder since it was mostly behind-the-scenes php work, threw a bit of cash into my pocket...

    Building & Expanding Portfolio

Hello All, Sorry that this does not pertain to website coding per se, but it felt like this would be the most appropriate forum to post this in. I'm in a bit of career transition, and am looking to pursue web design (either in a freelance capacity or through a firm) in a full time...

Best way to transition to a new domain address?

You should do a domain park, I recently did this exact same thing and it works really well. All you have to do is log into the original domain registrar and point the name server to the new web provider.

question about bringing traffic to your site

I agree, bringing traffic to websites can be a fairly daunting task -- but I'm sure, somewhere out there it is possible to bring large amounts of traffic to a site. Nothing is ever free though, so it takes money for those sorts of things to happen.

    PC Hardware Firesale!

Hey guys, I've got some spare PC stuff laying around and I figured I'd see if there are any buyers. Currently I'd prefer to sell the Motherboard/CPU as a package, but they can be seperated if you'd prefer. ASUS A8N32-SLI (40) XFX GeFORCE 7900GS (115) 2GB DDR400 (50) 3800+ Athlon64 (110)...

    Random PC Hardware

I'm going to give local buyers first priority on these items, but these are all taken from a gaming PC that is a couple years old. As far as I know, all the hardware still works I just don't feel like messing around with it to get it running since I only use my Laptop these days. ASUS...

Not Programming but Discrete Math Problem (logic and propositions)

Here's how I would explain it, and work with me here Use Lateral Thinking for this sort of problem. q = the control value for being able to safely travel on this trail this value is controlled by (~r ^ ~p) "~" means that the variable is ~somewhere~ around that value, not an exact...
