The cpu is a amd athlon 2600+ and the motherboard is BIOSTAR "M7NCD ULTRA" nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset

I am certain it was in properly. I do have to use one of those adapters to plug my monitor into the videocard but I put it in real tight. Yeah I know its a crappy psu but I unplugged the floppy,cdrom, and all the fans and it still didn't work.
