Is there a way of doing something like whats called "Cloud Station" on synologies? Basically having a folder of your computer synced with your NAS. Like Dropbox only with your own hardware.... Thanks!!

is there a way to install esxi without a direct attached monitor? looking at the e3-1230 but if I need an extra graphics card...

just to make sure: I need ECC on the box where the ZFS Raid runs. If the ESXi System has no disks, I need ECC on the NAS box, right?
