    Thanks, bluesteel. Actually, it's a Gateway, not a Dell (after my post I realized my mistake). oops... Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's a standard 24-pin ATX configuration. According to my tester, everything checks out fine except for -5v, which was somewhat clarified in Danny's earlier post...

    Thanks, Danny. I suspected something like that. So I quess that means the power supply is most likely ok. The next most likely culprit is a fried mobo; hopefully not the CPU. Oh well...
