Can I run a SATA-II hard drive on a normal SATA supporting motherboard?
Could I run Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 250GB 2500KS SATA-II 16MB with an Asus A8V Deluxe? I would be running it in RAID.
If not what 250 - 300gb sata harddrive would you recommend?
Thanks
