    But the included copy of windows doesnt come with a Microsoft CD to do a clean install, and often includes so much junk that its not really useable. Included copies of Windows XP dont count in my book unless i am getting a holographic, pressed by Microsoft CD.

    I have had three of these cards (2 PCI Sapphire, 1 PCIe PowerColor) and this is just how these cards work. I think there is an ATI Control panel, but it doesnt do anything for me
