Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
You would want to set the PCI Clock Synchronization on 33.33Mhz or auto since this is to make sure your PCI cards like a sound card or a PCI TV Tuner card is not being overclock and the PCIe should be set to 100Mhz ,but some say when overclocking ,setting it to 105Mhz sometimes makes it more stable.
If you want a Cooler for your 7900GT KO and no modifications needed just buy a ZalMan VF 900-Cu ,it fits perfect ,all you have to do is unscrew the four srews on the back of the card and the HSF will just fall off ,then make sure to clean everthing with some good 91% or better Alcohol and make...
On my 7900GTX EGS that runs at 650 on the core and 800(1600) on the memory and 50mhz on the geometric delta ,Does this mean when I run a 3D game the core is really running 700 mhz,and if that is all it does ,then what is the difference if it is ran at 700mhz and 0 on the geometric delta.
I have never had any trouble out of a video card I have bought wheather it was a ATI or Nvidia ,but I have had 3 7900GT one was just DOA and then I decided I would just send them back and get the 7900GTX and that way I would'nt have to mess with overclocking and I would have 512mb of memory...
Just install the drivers you want and install coolbits2 and go to your property page and click on the 6600GT tab and on the left hand side you should see a refresh rate override and just set it to what you want.
I had two 7900GT KO for almost a month and they ran all my games perfect ,but on some games I had to switch drivers but no big deal,I sent them back because I wanted the 512mb version ,so I have now two 7900GTX's and no problems with them
Has any one heard if they were able to control the voltage useing RivaTuner ,because ever time I try to up the voltage the Bios of the card will show it has been overvolted but it is still at default of 1.2v.
yes they will worked together ,they will run at the slowest clocked card ,but I had two 7900Gt KO and they would run at Superclock speeds ,so you could get the KO version and use nibitor and flash the bios to Superclock speeds.
I have two Zalman VF 900-Cu laying around that I was going to use on my 7900GT KO ,but I sent them back and got two of the 7900GTX ,It is such a tight spot with the default coolers ,they are good but I need something that will cool just as good and give me a little more room,Do you think the...
