The only other connection on the monitor is an HDMI, but the DVD player does not have an HDMI connection.

DVD Player to Flat screen monitor

I have a DVD player that I would like to use with a flat screen monitor. The monitor is an HP model that has the standard VGA output plus a 1/4" jack for audio (for the speakers in the monitor). The DVD player has several outputs and I found an adapter that went from VGA on one end to...

    Anybody have a Corsair Link?

No responses in 3 days. Not sure if that's because people that have the Link didn't see my post, or is it because nobody is totally satisfied with it?

    Anybody have a Corsair Link?

Is anybody using this and is totally satisfied with it and it does everything that's advertised?

    Anybody have a Corsair Link?

For anybody needing more info, I found two good ones on YouTube. Just search for Corsair Link and Psylacus. Of course there is also the Corsair forums. If their current software/hardware problems can be corrected with a firmware update or software update, there should be no problem with...

    Anybody have a Corsair Link?

A few months ago when I got my Corsair H100, they were talking about, a yet to be released, controller called Corsair Link. I have not heard too much about it lately. Has it been released, and where can you buy one? I do see it on the Corsair site, but Newegg and others are usually cheaper...

ARECA Owner's Thread (SAS/SATA RAID Cards)

Which Hitachi drives will work best? I have an ARC-1882ix-16-4G and am looking at adding 6 each Hitachi drives. I am considering the 7K1000.D models. In fact, they just dropped $10 each to $119 with free shipping(at Newegg).

How Good is the Asus Motherboard Customer Service?

I had a P67 board that died after 2 years of a 3 year guarantee. I went through the RMA process and got the board back in like 8 days, and Christmas was somewhere in the middle of those 8 days. I was impressed.

ARECA Owner's Thread (SAS/SATA RAID Cards)

I think I solved my own problem. I forgot to create the volume after creating the raid set.

ARECA Owner's Thread (SAS/SATA RAID Cards)

I have the latest firmware and the latest manual. In fact, I used the manual except it doesn't work like the manual says. I did play with the "larger than 2TB setting". If it's on (larger than 2TB), I get the full 3.7GB in one drive. If it's off, I get two drives.

ARECA Owner's Thread (SAS/SATA RAID Cards)

LINK Here is a link to my Areca home screen. Notice that there is no description in the column called "volume set". The Channel, ID, and LUN are assigned automatically and I don't even enter it any place. Even if I only have one raid set, I can see the description in volume set if I create...

ASUS Official X79 Motherboards Support Thread

I just got an Areca 1882ix-12-4G and I either have a bad one or there is a conflict with the motherboard bios. I attached 2 SSD's and 2 HDD's. I would like to have the SSD's in Raid 0 as the boot drive and the 2 HDD's as a second Raid 0 backup drive. I also plan to have 6 HDD's in Raid 3 in a...
