    To format, I hooked up the SSD to a friends computer and cleaned it that way. I also switched the SATA ports the SSD was hookedup to. It was hooked up to a 6GB/s port and I switched it to a 3GB/s port. I did both at the same time so one of them fixed it :D. I'm too scared to try the 6 GB/s...
