    I own a BenQ PB6100 and a Syntax 30" LCD I use both as computer monitors. I do not even own a conventional monitor anymore, just my lap top. I will say that the BenQ is not the best for web surfing (its 800x600) but there is a lot to be said for having a 100" computer screen besides surfing...

    26 inch widescreen HDTV

    Try powerstrip (type it into Google) its the program I use to get my Syntax 30" LCD displaying the correct resolution. I have tried numerous things also, I would also try VGA if you have the input I had a lot of problems syncing my tv w/DVI and when I got done I found that VGA works better...
