Found what I was looking for thanks for jbrown7815. These suckers move some serious air at 150+ CFM, but at the same time are hella loud at 49+ dB. Just what I was looking for! :D

Update: I managed to get this drive out of the factory WD enclosure piece. I put it into another computer and set it as a slave drive. It shows up in the BIOS when booting up, but once XP boots up it is not listed under My Computer nor is it listed in the Disk Management area.

I'm not sure that this matters or not, but I am begining to think that it does. I am using VM Ware to simulate the 2003 server. The problem is that when setting up the two NICs in RRaS, it just shows the virtual adapters.
So I am in need of someone who is familiar with the way VM Ware...
