    It scales to 1:1 with no black bars using DVI. Can't see how to change it through the menu since I can't access the setting (it's greyed out).

    I can confirm that there is no banding testing this link in desktop mode. However there is banding when set on Multimedia or Gaming display setting. I connect through DVI.
