    I think if you cannot get 3.2G at reasonable volts and temp with an aftermarket cooler (like freezer pro), then you can count yourself unlucky.

    Budget CPU

    e2160, or e2140 if you can find it. I have an s1283, keeps my q6600@3.6G, 1.290v at 63 degrees loaded. I don't have the thermalright to compare though.

    Abit 9550 guru = good stuff...

    Just got it for $80 shipped from Amazon, OC to 500/640 which is pretty crazy, basically a cheap 9600xt, all on stock cooling.
