    Yes its legit. CompUSA changed it after hearing everyone's complaints. I was fine with the 3 month warranty, having it back to 12 months makes it even better :p. Has anyone flashed their bios and overclocked their card yet?

    Personally I am probably just going to keep the cards when they arrive. They were too good of a deal, and I've never had any problems with any of my video cards ;).
