    Yeastwood: If you are in front of the monitor you don't notice anything wrong. But I'd say if you go 20 desrees higher the brightness is much darker and uneven. My wife's monitor has this, and it was a 19" no name for 90 € :-( I don't know what panel it is, it is something cheap...

    maybe the problem is that I change tCL, tRCD, tRAS, tRFC but leave others on auto (tWR, tWTR, tRRD, tRTP, tFAW). UPDATE: I found out it is the tCL I can not change :-( If I change tCL from 7 to 8 I can not post any more :-( Any ideas? Bad mobo?

    Thanx. My problem is I can not loosen the timings and I don't know why :-( Until 1600 Mhz is reached it has 7-7-7-20 and then 8-8-8-24 on auto. If I could get it to 8-8-8-24 on a 1500 or 1400Mhz I think itćwould work. As soon as in BIOS I change CAS and other things from auto to a number...
