I'm really fond of my 560. Very good temps, overclocks pretty well (1000c) and power consumption should be much less than your 275 if I'm not mistaken. Furthermore, load temps will be quite a bit lower (low to mid 60's if your gaming)
I'm fairly certain nvidia won't be releasing any new GPU's...
Except DX11, right? New generation cards are better at DX11, older cards like 5870, 5850 excel at DX10.
And 5870's can be had for $150 here:

If I recall, AMD isn't releasing the mid-range cards until late Feb/March. I believe it's high-end cards first, and from there on out, the price point drops. You may be waiting a little longer than you might have anticipated.
Figured I'd drop $170 now, and instead of having nothing for 3 or...
And some 560's are as well, if you favor the Nvidia side. I've seen some brand new 560's go as low as $149 A.R.
I've got my 560 overclocked to within about 125 points of an overclocked Ti in Unigine Heaven 2.5 (all settings maxed). And considering I paid $169 A.R for my Asus DCII, I think the...
Which 560 do you have now? My Asus DCII 560 is extremely quiet and temps are rock solid (at least in my mATX case with 3x120mm fans). Idle temps are 31c and load temps in game with moderate OC (930c) is 55c @ 40% fan speed, which I cannot hear over my case fans. Now it does get a little bit...
Me too..
And I have a question - if one does get a higher resolution 1440p etc. monitor, how well does a monitor like this handle cable (TV), and BR movies? Always wondered how 1080p material (cable TV, BR movies) look on a 1440p or 1600p monitor. Since there's move pixels and pixel density...

And Samsung's new PLS LCD panels - which are supposed to be even better than IPS.. but I'm no panel expert by any means.

Which PSU?
You MAY be able to swing a 560 Ti 448c, if you have one of the top tier 450w power supplies.

Otherwise, you'd be looking at a 6870, 560, 560...
My experience with their Calibre line has been nothing short of exceptional. I'm not sure about their "normal" line, but their higher end line is of very good quality, and I would recommend their Calibre line if it wasn't so much more than other brands.
I had a GTX460, triple slot, with the...
I am not sure if your aware, however AMD is releasing the 6930, supposedly very soon.
From the review I've read, it's said to have 1280 stream processors, versus the 1408 stream processors the 6950 has. Which should put it just a few FPS less (or about 1% to 7% performance difference...
Hope you guys don't mind the "late" bump, but I just received my case today, and was hoping to find someone who has decent to above average cable management in this case, but I haven't found a single person who has done so.
Is cable management non-existent or do you guys just set these up...
