Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yeah, I figured as much. But I created a custom res with 1920x1200 but I managed to get it all the way up to 62hz.
The monitor says it's running at 62hz, with vsync enabled Unreal Tournament was limited to 62 fps but by my eye it's impossible to tell with 2 - 3 hz more if it's really getting...
I got my monitor today and it's up and running. It's really nice so far but Win7 is listing the refresh as 59hz yet the monitor says 60hz. There's an option for 60 but it won't do anything when I select it. I'm currently running it through DVI.
Nice! Mine still says it's "in production".
No one answered my refresh rate question but I bought the monitor on Friday anyway because I was given a good deal from Dell. When mine gets here, I'll gain 90% of my desk space back. :D
I was really ready to go for the Asus Pro Art but this is an amazing deal that I may not be able to miss.
I'm sure it's been asked but this thread is 100 pages, so I might as well re-ask it. How does this monitor treat people trying to push it beyond 60 hz? Does it do anything more than 60hz...
Well, I was curious what the highest (or lowest depending on how you look at it) resolution you have to have it set to in order to get more than 60hz. The Samsung monitor was 800x600 which is really a bit too low for my taste.
I can understand 120hz being a bandwidth problem, but it's annoying...
hmmmm
I've had my eyes on this monitor for a very long time but I just couldn't justify the 500$ price tag. Now my amazing Viewsonic P95f+ is dying a slow and agonizing death and I need a monitor that I won't regret buying a month later.
There was mention that this monitor supports 75hz...
