what the hell is using my bandwidth!

hey noticed this recently on my win7 box i have DU meter installed and i'll be downloading something from newsgroups using something like GrabIt, and my speeds will be maxed, 1000kbps/10mbit which is great, and DU meter shows that too. Then my speeds drop to about 250kbps, yet DU meter is...

Windows 7 - Hangs on Cold Boot (new build)

Update - from what I've noticed, and makes no sense to me at least If i leave it at 133mhz bus spd on the gtx 460, it won't boot in, hangs on windows flag if i set it to 160mhz bus spd, it ALWAYS boots in. 133mhz on an 8800GTS, boots in fine. only concern is, at 160mhz bus spd, the...

Windows 7 - Hangs on Cold Boot (new build)

no no, all in the BIOS if i leave the i5 760 proc at the default BUS speed of 133mhz, then the ram clocks at that too and i notice that intel's turbo boost works too but if i set the bus speed to 160mhz so it matches the ram, then turbo boost doesn't work (might be normal, no idea)

BSOD when watching Blu-Rays on a GTX 460

yup, i thought at first it might be the ram so i ran a memtest on both sticks overnight, and they passed, but i wasn't completely convinced so i got ahold of another pair of (new) ram, and the same thing happens.

Windows 7 - Hangs on Cold Boot (new build)

both sticks x 133 bus speed = hang 1 stick x 133 bus speed = boot both sticks x 160 bus speed (stock ram speed) = boot but then turbo boost doesnt work on the cpu if it isn't at the cpu's stock bus speed
