You're installing the PSU upside down. The fan should face down, even in the X-Qpack. This will not overheat your CPU since the PSU is sucking air into itself off of the CPU.

I have to agree. I'm a bit sick of the bezel myself. :D Like I said, innovating new bezels take time and money. We've got a few in the works, but they won't be out until the beginning of Q2. Using the exisiting Dragon bezel allowed us to put this case out there in Q4 of 2005.

It's actually a completely different case. We just use the same plastics company that already had the "Dragon" mold to make the face plate. New face plate designs take a lot of time and money. The Dragon is a recognized and "safe" design, so we just stuck with that until our own face plate...

If the problem is the power supply then the best course of action is to RMA it. The problem is probably harmless. It's typically caused by a vibration in response to high frequency electrical current. If you look at the inverter transformers in the middle of the PSU, you'll see that...
