I can verify the Dynex Enhanced Wireless G PCI card works great in Ubuntu running with a restricted driver... no issues at all, especially with ubuntu 7.10's better wireless manager.
These clearance items are on a per-store basis. Don't expect it company-wide, and they don't price match each other with store clearance items... or at least they are not supposed to.
News is that different Best Buys are 'clearancing' different classes of items all around PCs.
Check your local store's storage (hard drives) as well as video cards (had reports of some $200 video cards going for $44), and PC memory.

open cmd prompt with admin access
type this:
slmgr -rearm
you may legally use this up to 3 times, giving you a total of 120 days of trial usage.
