OK, I figured out how to get it apart. It is a flexible plastic switch strip with embedded switches. My question is WHERE can I get a replacement switch strip?

I've got a Dell 2407 that is about 4 years old or so and the power button is finally dead on it. The clicky part no longer clickies and the plastic button just rattles around. I've tried repeatedly to tap all around the button in order to free it up but no luck. Next on my list is to open it...
