If you have a videocard which can handle 120 fps then you can get with vsync --> ON <-- 120 fps and thats very fluid in my own experience.
P.s. Some game cap the fps to 60 so does not always work but in most cases it does.
1920x1200 If i am correct there are no 120hz screens above the 1080 besides a overclocked catleap.
auto bright/contrast is just dynamic contrast which you can turn of ;). BenQ is 24" and the S23A700D = 23"
I own the 700D myself and i am quite happy with it.
This is my 4th Samsung S23A700D and they all have the blue bar on the bottom you just gotta live with it.
For a few days i was annoyed by it, but at 1 point you dont even notice it anymore and then you will love it only more.

To be honest soldierblue it is barely noticeable after a while and they are great, fast, well designed and good quality screens. I go with NCX on this one.
