    Perhaps but as soon as I moved my memory to run at 1333Mhz, I had no errors after 8 hours. Before I would get errors anywhere between 2min to 2hours run of prime95. So regardless I think my system is more stable now.

    just a fyi - there's some results from from two Intel SSD X-25M 160GB in RAID-0 on a Asus P8P67 Pro MB with the 1253 bios. It'll likely will be outdone by C300s in RAID-0. One con about about a SSD RAID setup is that Intel yet doesn't support TRIM + RAID
