I know why your temps are so high! You have you intake and output of your res/pump around the wrong way. You have it going: Res>Pump>Bottom Rad>CPU>Mobo>Top Rad>GPU>Res This way you are filling the res with heated water from GPU, heating up the pump, cooling the water, heating the water...
