I tried AMD Overddrive and Core Temp and they both couldn't report the CPU temp correctly, which was mentioned in some reviews I read about these new AMD APUs. The temps were always between 6 and 30°C and actually seemed to mirror the package temperature in HW Monitor, just 50 degrees lower...
Hi, thanks for your input WiSK. I was planning to reattach the heatsink again like you said, but now I'm starting to think it might just be a mistake in the temperature sensor I was looking at. I already removed the heatsink and reseated it once when it was giving similar temperatures yesterday...
