    Fractal Design R2

The holes on top and on the side of the case are actually covered with removable "bitumen plates" Also, there are 3 places for exhaust fans ( 2 on the top and 1 on the back ) as well as 4 places for intake ( 1 on the side, 1 on the bottom and 2 in the front )

A Few Songs a Day Keep the Doctor Away

Music with changes in dynamics and tempo is known to be good for your heart ( heartrate goes up with when the music gets louder and faster and slows with the opposite ) the ideal music would probably be italian opera like Puccini or some such ;)

Opening up the P180's fan doors with only a Stanley knife & pliers (and maybe a file)

Nice guide, but i think just modding the upper door might be enough, at least for those with harddrives only in the lower chamber, the unmodded door actually blocks some sound and i personally don´t se much need in an increased arflow there.

    Best silent/performing case? - SilverStone FT01 / Antec P182 / CM690

Well, with 2 slip stream 1200 @ ~740 rpm as exhaust i feel no need to leave the door open on my p182, ( 5,25 covers are removed and a 12cm dustfilter moded in ) if i run the exhaustfans any faster the system wont be quiet anyway. With a little work you can easilly get a midrange sytstem to...

Fight Against Illicit P2P is “Useless”

I think this will mostly impact the mainstream and i personally consume no mainstream music / books and feel that both games and movies are becoming less intersting, it might even lead to more diversity if the mainstreams mediapreassure lessens due to finacial problems, which is a good thing as...

Antec 380w enough to power this system?

I can understand the need to cater to your target audience, perhaps this would fit SPCR better, since they did review the orginal EA430. btw a look at the manual you can download here : http://www.antec.com/ec/productDetails.php?ProdID=04638# mentions the EA380, EA430D and EA500D, so i...

Antec 380w enough to power this system?

Perhaps you could ask for a sample to review ? i mean if they got nothing to hide they would probably not mind sending you one, i mean your a big hardwaresite.... I´m sure there are other hardwareenthusiast like me around who dosn´t play that many games any more ( because the dont make em...

Antec 380w enough to power this system?

Aha didnt know that, is there a noticeable drop in quality with the change of manufacturer ? Btw with EA-xxxD do you mean a delta verison of the 380,430 and 500w ? and if so do they also use a 12cm fan as the 650w unit ?
