thanks for the quick answer! i ended up going for the acer 272hul, mainly because of the weight of the 32 inch models, it is supposed to be a pwm free model, sincelery i currently have a pwm lg monitor, but i never noticed any problems, but i also never had a flicker free monitor to compare...

@Glendor could you confirm that the monitor uses pwm? the only reference about it that i find is the other post in this thread, it would be nice to have a second opinnion. Thanks!
