how much would I need to overclock my memory to get decent results with the e6420? That is an 8x multiplier right?

would I benefit more from the tighter timings and the slightly slower cpu with the e4300 or will the looser timings for the e6300 not matter since the processor will be faster?

lol yes buy.com ballistix 71.99 AR! what would i be looking at in terms of overclock capability if I went with the e6320 or the e6420? and why those instead of the 2mb cache version? i thought the difference was very little between the 2mb and the 4mb?
