Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
would have to agree with wankerfx if ur on a budget. Id rather have an X38 chipset over the P35 for the PCIe 2.0 and 16x PCI express lanes...but on the cheap the bloodiron would be a great choice.
tbh, the best power supplies u will buy are corsair and enermax...others may be close, but they r the best.
32C is fine. Why dont u try leaving it on the bios screen and see if it crashes? It could just be a bad OS install or something (im not familiar with linux).

you will almost certainly need a reformat if you replace the motherboard. I dont know what the general concensus around here on gigabyte boards is, but in my own personal experience they really suck.
If you were gonna buy a new m/b i would suggest a p35 (or greater) chipset over the 965...
i dont think you will find a 939 motherboard NEW anymore. I would hate to point the finger at your powersupply...but thats where its pointing :P Have you tried monitoring temps of your chip before the comp dies?? 939 boards are not hard to come by. I have 2 spare 939 DFI boards NF4 SLI Ultra...
