Is it normal for a GS800 PSU to make a strange little buzzing noise when starting/ trying to start, and stopping its fan??

Corsair wants me to send it in to them before shipping a replacement and...
I built using the 212 EVO on a standard atx ud4h Gigabyte motherboard. Four sticks of RAM and there is literally about 1mm between the fan and the ram in the fourth slot.
I hope this works out well for you...and It would certainly make me feel better as I just switched over to a Samsung SSD on my Desktop and the whole process took over a week. I hope to not ever have to do it again.

I run the Hyper 212 EVO and at 4.6Ghz and 1.22V - I hit a max of 70c while running FurrMark and Prime - 24Hrs simultaneously I think the 212 EVO is a great cooler.
