Seems like the older I get, the less time I have for gaming. 5 years ago.... I played non-stop, single player, MP, rolling solo or with my friends. Kids, work, bills, wife, life ETC. put my gaming on the back burner.... That being said... Decided to enjoy myself and for the last few weeks...

Well then that Noctua is a great cooler, especially in a tight case. I will run some prime95 AVX later and get back to u with the temps I am seeing. I also have a Lian li Dynamic XL so my case is huge, and if you are getting those temps, it is putting my 360 AIO to shame

85c with triple 480 rad?? I haven't seen 80c with my 360 Corsair capellix Aio. I would think you should be running waay more cooler then me. BTW-I am running stock though with no overclock, just letting the cpu boost itself. R20 score is only 9700 as well. Got pretty crappy Nanya corsair mem

Thanks schizo. I actually did a lot of research since yesterday and already watched those vids. Seen a lot of posts on the 5950x where curve optimizer is more difficult then sy the 5900X as ppl saying it's already pretty well optimized at it's current power usage and ppl were getting more...

So now I am seeing videos on undervolting with curve optimizer and PBO to actually help with thermals and gain some performance. I also read AMD staff members stating undervolting is not recommended for these newer CPU's. Damn. I wish we could get a straight answer
