    The C2 has the same heat at top of the case issue. Even with a Haswell Pentium running in my NAS and the HP-625 cooling it, the case gets fairly warm. My C3 also can get warm but at least the fan exhausts pretty well. I also had a build a few years ago in the U3 but it had pretty good temps...

    The HP-400 isn't so great. The fan clip seems a bit loose and performance is just ok. The IS-40 v3 performs much better for the same price. The HP-625 I have performs pretty darn well and the Jonsbo FR series fans are pretty quiet though.
