Mario Party 10 on the Wii U allows you to play as bowser against all the "good" guys. The "Bowser Party" game mode has you try to catch the other players and beat them up in mini-games before they get to the end. Bowser is played from the Wii U gamepad, and everyone else plays on the TV. Very...

Good read on how extremely far we are away from actual quantum computing...

I'm running out of ideas here...Remove the front I/O completely, supply a separate dongle that runs out the back of the case with the USB and headphone/microphone jacks? Upgradability is huge, just buy a new part. Have a nice weighted base so it stays where you put it...have it so you can...
Ouch! My connection at work is only 1 Mbps up/down so I understand your pain somewhat. That said, I have a 150 Mbps connection at home...so my opinions on an ODD are obviously different than yours.
How rural are we talking? Are you surfing the forums on dial-up!?
With the M1 there was a trade-off...you could have the ODD or mount two 2.5" drives behind the front panel. You also had the option to buy the front panel with the ODD slot or without. It was a really clever design. I would...
What if you put the I/O behind a door that can flip/slide/dematerialize? For the M1 style cutout (second option), you could have the door slide up to expose the I/O...can be the same material as the front panel, but maybe put it on a track or use pads to protect the finish from scratches...For...
Couldn't agree more on the ODD! For the few times you need it just get an external unit. Way cheaper than the slim internal drives and you can stow it away when you aren't using it...which for me is 99% of the time.
Your points make sense...Just not sold on the rectangular cut out . Not only do you have the fun of designing a case with all the restrictions of SFF, but you have to factor in everyones personal taste :)
Could you make the front panel as you designed it, but two colors? I'm asking this with absolutely no knowledge on how you would do this, if it is possible, or practical...just throwing out ideas :) The top 3/4 of the front panel would be main color (red/silver/etc)...Bottom 1/4 of the front...
In my opinion, the 2nd and 3rd render look way better than the 1st one...thought after seeing it, I think the 3rd render looks a bit too stark/dull/generic. I do agree with QuantumBraced that the cutout on the 2nd render does add the M1-esque appearance and breaks up the starkness, but I'm not...
For the I/O, could you just cut holes for each port into the front panel vs a rectangle cutout? You would have to ditch the M1 style I/O panel design, but if you mounted them to a bracket on the inside (vs mounting on the front panel), the front panel could still be removable. It would look a...

Four 3840-by-2160 (4K UHD) external displays at 60Hz with support for 1 billion colors, or
