What do you guys think of being able to take on the final boss right off the bat? I have mixed feelings about it. One thing that I don't like is, how do you develop a story leading up to the final boss if you can fight him from the start? That seems like there's no real story being told about...

WOW.....I spent 3 days trouble shooting my rig trying to figure out why the frack my game kept pausing....I also had a few random shutdowns during gameplay...I thought it was my PSU failing...went out a bought a PSU, no more powerdowns but still the shuttering...I didn't think an "improvement"...

Well, finally finished. What a great game. Story was brilliant. There's sadly some negatives that I hope are fixed. I want more viable options in builds. TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BOSSES..... I think you guys just suck :) I'm only partly joking. I thought the bosses this...

I don't get all the complaining about "builds" and "bosses". I have about 50 hours into the game and have 3 different builds, all totally different. If you're trying to make builds like you did in DS2 or DS1...that's part of your problem. I think there are PLENTY of options. I don't get why so...

Holy hell, I just discovered the Estoc...I loved the Estoc in DS2 and bought it and tried it on a whim....dear god does it wreck in PVP. I'm like 30 to 5 in wins losses now and used to be about 60/40 split. I think it needs to get nerfed...

My biggest criticism so far (hardly a negative) is....there are TOO MANY FREAKING BOND FIRES. There's only been one time in the 20 hours of my playthrough where I'm thinking "please god let me find a bondfire". Compared to Dark Souls, it's too too frequent for me.

VERY MINOR SPOILER: (Sorry I don't know how to do the spoiler tag) I found a badass butcher's knife shortly after the tree boss. It seems extremely powerful, I upgraded it a few times and sliced the crap out of the next 3 invaders :)

Does anyone think it might not be a bad idea to just dump a ton of stats in luck so you can farm early on? Then respec later for PvP and PvE? It'd be a nice challenge. Not sure if it makes sense or not.

Yes...I crashed probably 10 times in the first hour, then tried the low lighting setting and now have only crashed once in 3 hours. I love seeing 10+ summon signs at boss gates :)

For some reason I want to see how far I can get without dying....I'll be playing REALLY slow and playing with a Dex build + bow to start. If I make it more than a few hours without dying...I'll be impressed with myself :)
