Only reviewers I know of that do backlight spectrum graphs are hdtv.pl and ixbt.com but they rarely review monitors.
Yes, I'm fairly certain that all manufacturers except Samsung use WLED + enhanced phosphors backlight.
It's usually PFS, LG Nano-IPS use KSF phosphors. (edit: both are the same and mainly contain potassium fluorosilicate)
