    Motherboard case connectors

I am looking for something that I can use to connect the case wires (reset, power, HD LED, etc.) to the motherboard, but with a clip in the middle so that I don't have to disconnect and reconnect all the wires any time I want to work with the board. There is a case that sort of has what I am...

I'm not going to do SLI, too much $$ for not enough benefit. Nice in theory, but in my opinion diminishing returns starts in real fast with SLI.

Yeah, I figured out how to search for both PCI-X & AGP, and there was 1 other board on Newegg, but it was also a no-name. Not worth the trouble. Oh well. Ok, if I drop the AGP requirement, what would be your recommendation then?

So there's no boards you know of with both an AGP slot and a PCI-X 16 slot?

Thanks, but I don't really bother with overclocking. I *am* planning to eventually get a PCI-X video card, probably a 6800, but I'd like to put that off if I can, just so I'm not shelling out $1000 all at once.

I am looking to upgrade after running an XP 2500+ on a Gigabyte GA-7VAX. I'm looking for future upgradability, while being able to use as many of my current components as possible (ATA133 hard drives, Radeon 9800 vid card, etc.) as at the VERY least, I'm going to be upgrading the CPU...

Phishing to go away by shifting the burden on financial Institutions

Typical setup for credit card companies. Even if you do nothing, someone else can apply for stuff in your name, there are no checks that it *is* you applying, rack up charges, vanish, and you get stuck with the bad credit rating. Nothing happens to the companies, even though *they* are the...

Forcing programs to use one NIC or another

I can get it to change if I don't specify a subnet - the problem is that the default 255.255.255.255 isn't the correct subnet - it needs to be 255.255.248.0 or it doesn't work.

Forcing programs to use one NIC or another

The browser is already set for direct connection - it keeps trying to go to the proxy. I managed to change the metric, but it didn't do anything. I have a better idea of how to go about it now, though - I just need the computer to go through a specific connection if it needs to go to a...

Forcing programs to use one NIC or another

I have a computer with two NICs, that connects to two completely separate networks. One is the primary one, that I have all my work & e-mail on. The other one I don't sign into, I just pull down an IP from it because internet on the other goes through a proxy & is very slow. However, one network...
