What is the manufacture date and location? Do you have a light band about an inch or so on the right hand side of the monitor? Most monitors of this type had this. 2 of mine did. Did not bother for a 3rd. Just wondering if they have improved. If you do not have this issue I personally...

ASUS Announces ROG SWIFT PG278Q Premium Gaming Monitor

Vega I'm tired so please forgive me if I did not read correctly. Are you saying that the reason I have been getting tired eyes while playing on my Qnix is possibly because I have my brightness on less than 100%?

Just remember the lower the frames the more blur. GSync will not solve that. Only high fps and lightboost.

ASUS Announces ROG SWIFT PG278Q Premium Gaming Monitor

ASUS Announces ROG SWIFT PG278Q Premium Gaming Monitor

I would love to know this too. I have a 1440p Qnix atm and I don't think the extra res justifys the drop in performance and then the expense of new cards. I would rather a 1080p with an 8bit panel.

That is interesting. I just wish they would fix it for a £440 monitor. Then I would try again.

ASUS Announces ROG SWIFT PG278Q Premium Gaming Monitor

Someone on overclocker.net posted this when I showed the twiter post: "You guys should look at the tweets again, a little closer this time. PG278Q != PB287Q. The latter is the 4k variant of the swift (no gsync, 60 hz, 4k)." Chances are we will have to wait longer. Excitement over. Nothing to...

I would agree but you don't have to swear. You can get your point across without it. :D I was gutted when I had to send my monitor back for about he same reasons as you.
