Apologies for my ignorance but what is "EPP"?

Do guys foresee any problems with using this adapter cable to connect one of the monitors' DP to my XPS 17 (HDMI)? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002CSRF9M/ref=ox_ya_os_product

If I were to say purchase two of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150574 and use it in crossfire with 3 monitors, would it outperform one of these...

What do you guys think of this GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121431&Tpk=asus%206950&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10440897&PID=3891137&SID=

Thank chithanh! Would the 1GB memory be a concern? If I were to purchase this card, is there any way I can mitigate the tearing issue? i.e. using an mini DP/DVI adapter for one of the connections or would that just be pointless adapting?

Hmm..thank you for that. That would bother me a lot! I may just have to drop by a local tech store to see both side by side because I have what may be an uncanny, possibly unwarranted urge to utilize Display Port. Are there any known issues with utilizing all three ports (DVI, DP, and HDMI...

Thank you sirmonkey! What are you guys' views on the quality difference between DVI and Display Port?

Thank you so much! Would you mind elaborating on this sync bug? Also, is there a significant difference in quality between DP and DVI? Will DP in fact render VGA/DVI obsolete?

What type of graphics card would you recommend for a 3 monitor display like this? I'm not a gamer so nothing too high performing. Are there graphics cards on the market right now that support 3 display ports? If not a 2 DVI/1 DP would do.

Thank you Tsumi! So I am SOL? With the laptop is it a question of capacity, lack of ports or both? I am just trying to think of every scenario, maybe I can purchase a dock?

Hi All, I was browsing around and stumbled on this forum. I recently purchased thee Dell Ultrasharp U2212HM monitors for a multi monitor setup and have a few questions. I currently run: Dell XPS 17 w/ Intel i7 Dual Core Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 Card w/ 1.696GB memory and 64MB of...
