    1U AMD 64 Quiet CPU Fan

    Water cooling maybe? Even with a 1u there is probably room for a water block, then just use a watercooling setup mounted to the outside of the unit. I can't think of any other options since you really don't have room in 1u for a quiet fan.

    Hmm, I tried RMClock like you said.... Strange, but it shows the VID as being 1.35 volts even though I have the VID set to 1.45 volts in the BIOS. Also under Monitoring, on the graph of VID and FID it shows the maximum as being 1.35 volts. CPU-Z also shows the cpu voltage as 1.35 volts...

    Guys I think it should be mentioned, there is one important reason you might want to reinstall XP... the HAL Your computer might be stuck on a HAL that doesn't support more than 1 cpu. If that is the case you can tell because when you open Task manager it will only show 1 graph of CPU usage...
