Most thoughts have been thought :) I am amazed by how much cooler my system is running. its more like 15 degrees cooler!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HthUasQdDpQ Take that mesh off the back where your fan is, it decreases the airflow rate. 6 degrees Centigrade isn't bad, results may vary. You will see bigger temp drops w/ higher RPM fans. Some cases they use finner mesh, but on my cheap coolermaster case...
