    Solved Board doesn't allow something in the 4th pcie slot even if its not a video card. I had a hdtv tuner in it when I took it out sli shows up. It was preventing slot 3(the 2nd card) from running in 8x pcie.

    Yep exact same 970's evga sc's EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-2974-KR 4GB SC GAMING w/ACX 2.0 Yep I have them in slots the manual says to have them in for sli. 2 and 3. Yea the bridge simply just goes on I can't see how it would be on wrong. I have tried moving it from one spot to the other...

    Yep board bios updated. I just don't get why it's not working. I see lots of people have issues with it from time to time but man I know everything is set right. I tried looking through UEFI bios and didn't see any sli settings to change.

    Hey wait since this doesn't have hdmi 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 you can't ever play any blu ray UDH disk on this display then right. Yep I see I guess you need display port 1.3 for HDCP 2.2. Well hell I guess that rules this out even if 98% of the UHD blu rays are fake 4k lol.
