BIOS Update for Asus P8H67-M LE

CPL0 - Thanks for the tips, the SATA controller setting was set to IDE, I switched it to AHCI and everything booted just fine! I didn't realize you had to redo your BIOS settings after the upgrade and seeing Windows starting made me think something else was amiss. Once again thanks a million!!!

BIOS Update for Asus P8H67-M LE

In the past I hadn't been able to use the ASUS AI updater program, but it seemed to work this time around. I was on bios revision 0603 and updated to the 1101 version. Now my system won't boot. I see the windows logo start, a quick flash of a BSOD and reboot. I see in the BIOS there is an EZ...

BIOS Update for Asus P8H67-M LE

I've been having some issues with the USB connectors on my system. I'm running Windows 7 64 Home Premium and when my Brother 1440 printer is connected, it will hand on boot up. There is a BIOS upgrade and I would like to do it but am running into some issues in that I can't find instructions...

    6850 in an Ultra Microfly?

Well height wise, the XFX 6870 fits fine...except for the PCIe power. There is an obstruction in the way and it looks like I'll have to do some case modification to make it work. X Marks the spot for removal.

    6850 in an Ultra Microfly?

Thanks for the input. I went ahead with the XFX 6870. This version doesn't have heat pipes and newegg was running a special on it and managed to get it for $166 after a $20 MIR. They also have a special on the 6950 ($199 after MIR), but after reading a lot of reviews of people having heat...

    6850 in an Ultra Microfly?

Anyone able to fit an AMD 6850 GPU into an Ultra Microfly case? I'm looking at the XFX HD-685X-ZDFC http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150515 The specs say it is 4.4" tall, which would be just enough, but would probably have to slot the PSU mounts to slide it up...

    Microcenter Sandy Bridge Replacement Email

I went through Asus for my exchange. Did the standard exchange, sending in my board first before receiving the replacement board. It took a while through them though. It basically took an email to them each step of the way to get things moving along. Applied for the RMA, waiting and waiting...

Crucial 64 GB SSD not recognized with USB

Problem looks to be solved. It was the Bytec USB 2.0 Drive Mate not allowing it to connect properly. Got it formated to FAT and should be good to go!

Crucial 64 GB SSD not recognized with USB

I think I got to the bottom of it...while I was waiting on my Sandy Bridge MB to do my build, I let a buddy borrow the drive so he could play around with it. He tested it on his Mac and forgot to reformat it when he returned it. So it is still formated for a Mac...

Crucial 64 GB SSD not recognized with USB

I tried installing it onto the MB and it is seen in the BIOS, but it isn't recognized as a drive. Was trying a clean install using Win 7 64 Home Premium and a new Asus P8H67-M LE motherboard (newly built system). The system is fine, I swapped in my old Sata HDD and I can boot so the system is...
