    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

I have a black ridge and the asrock z390 and everything fits fine in that case.

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Wow those are interesting. From eyeballing it I didn't think the 92mm would fit, but I think I even have the same mobo as the first one.(oops I don't - they have an x299 and I have a z390)

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Has anyone tried putting a fan in the rear of the case on the bottom to get better air flow over the mobo? I have a 92mm noctua as intake in the front hdd spot, but that doesn't seem optimal as it basically directs air over the power supply. It looks like I have room for at least a 40mmx15mm...

DAN A4-SFW: New build - help understanding temperature results

Thanks. From some more reading I'm guessing this is AVX that's causing the spike. It seems like a 40mV undervolt is stable through all of that and drops the temps to 88C. I tried 50mV, but prime95 starts throwing errors when it gets to the 120W+ work. Does that ram overclocking thing whose 3...

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

FYI I finished my build with the black ridge - it fit just fine with the 92mm fan and the asrock z390. I have some questions about temperatures that I posted here https://hardforum.com/threads/dan-a4-sfw-new-build-help-understanding-temperature-results.1973368/ z06blaze - I wonder why mine fit...

DAN A4-SFW: New build - help understanding temperature results

I just finished my dan a4 v3 build with an asrock z390 phantom gaming itx/ac, i5-9600k, black ridge cooler, sf600 platinum, 970 evo ssd, and an evga 1070ti. It's been a long time since I've built a machine, and short of not realizing you have to plug in both the 24 pin and 8 pin power...

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

Overclockers UK replied and said they have been told by Alpenfoehn that only 1 out of 100 coolers are affected. The offered an RMA if I wanted and suggested just to monitor temperatures.

I used the contact forms today to reach out to overclockers UK and alpenfoehn. I'll update here if I hear back.

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

FWIW I don't have my case yet, but I have a blackridge and the asrock motherboard. If I set the cooler on top of the cpu spot on the motherboard with the 92mm stock fan it seems to fit just fine and clear the heatsinks. Maybe I'll find out differently once I get down to putting things...
