Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
YeOldeStonecat, two additional questions: In the Petri guide, after moving the volumes it says to "remount the databases manually". Do you know what that means? I recall the completion messages saying something to the effect that "volumes are mounted." Must I perform a redundant mounting for...
Thanks again, everyone. Sorry for the belated reply, just a lot of other crap going on.
So I figured out the simplest solution, mostly thanks to YeOldeStonecat. What I ended up doing was moving my Exchange databases and logs to my D: drive using the Exchange System Manager(and a little help...

Computer Sonic in South Center will have one but you'll pay out the ass for it, or about the same as Fry's. They are about 10 minutes away from Fry's. Usually if I need something really bad I'll try Fry's first then if they don't have it I'll go to Computer Sonic.
Also there's a place on...
It's because retards are using the Reload Every extension for Firefox and have it set to 5 seconds. It consumes too much bandwidth and makes me sad. :(
I'm seeing the great deals on vanilla 8800gt cards and I have questions:
A.) Will it work?
B.) If it will work, will I have to overclock the non-superclocked card or underclock the SC card with Riva or NTune or whatever to make them work together?
C.) Should I eat top ramen for a...
I've tried changing the "S1&S3" setting in the BIOS to only "S3". I also checked all of the USB devices. I think the PSU is bad. When I select "shut down", the fans stay on. If I switch the PSU off then back on the fans come on again. That's why I think it's the PSU. Seems like a short or...
Never seen this one before. When I put it in standby or shut down the computer completely the fans won't turn off. This includes the CPU fan and any other fan connected to the motherboard.
TIA
BTW, it's an ASUS A8N mobo, AMD 3500+, on XP
I had two 6600gt cards in SLI which were replaced by one 7800gt and it's over twice as fast as what I had before. I run everything maxed out with no probs whatsoever.
Great deal. I would get another for SLI but I'm cheap and lazy.
Maybe you're an r-tard but I'll assume that you have an an above-room-temperature I.Q. for the sake of conversation. Costco has no problem with you returning something if you don't like it. I bought a camera there last week(a Nikon Coolpix) and they specifically told me before and after I...
It has been rumoured that there are games in development which will utilize both cores.
Those games better be twice as cool or else I'm gonna totally freak out.
