    I've tried changing the "S1&S3" setting in the BIOS to only "S3". I also checked all of the USB devices. I think the PSU is bad. When I select "shut down", the fans stay on. If I switch the PSU off then back on the fans come on again. That's why I think it's the PSU. Seems like a short or...
