Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have to agree with the Macbook suggestions. Their trackpad and gestures make working on a laptop so much easier. MS and needs hurry the hell up and implement something similar.
Works fine as in, it works fine after you learn to use it. There isn't anything you can do on 7 that you can't do on 8. Getting there is the only thing that's different. This alone is a big enough entry barrier for most people.
Win8 "works fine" for me. Some people are just set on hating on it or are closed minded on learning the new UI. With all the hate it gets you'd think it killed their pet or something.
I'm going to give Bloomberg the benefit of attributing this to just click-baiting. It worked, btw. Whether this type of controversy is helpful in the long run is still doubtful.
I'd have to see evidence of this reduced cost inkjet cartridges. Seeing as they're ridiculously overpriced to begin with, saying they're cheaper isn't saying much.
For your preferences, a laser printer is the better choice.
That thing couldn't cut through cardboard. If you did manage to wedge it into some flesh, there's a good chance it'll be stuck there. And the last thing you would want is blood spewing from the teeth of this contraption.
It's definitely an improvement in their Hundred series. We'll definitely see more with the 900 & 1200.
Here's a link to Antec's product page if you don't want to watch a video:

What's even more unbelievable is that, it still gets many glowing reviews even to this day.
I'd suggest the Cooler Master 690II / Rosewill Blackhawk or Corsair 500r if you're into that mesh look.
It is a great underlyings for sure, if only evidenced by its adoption. But, out of all of them, I feel that the Rosewill is the most sensible in terms of looks and why I ranked it higher than the others.
You are right abouth the weight issue. It's definitly its weakest point.
Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra is a terrific case just released. It won't get any love because its namesake is reviled among enthusiasts. That and Newegg decided to retail it in the Lian-li et al price segment. Once it comes down in price though...
I used to love download.com and its sister site, cnet. But, nowadays it's more concerned with making its site prettier at the expense of usability. Then of course, Tom Merritt's departure sealed the deal. His was the only podcast worth listening to.
Hey Abraxas601, is there a switch for the LEDs? I'm thinking about getting this case and I'd hate to spend more replacing the fans if the LEDs aren't easy to disable.
It shouldn't distort the picture in any way, keyword shouldn't.
Reason I ask is because this will be in a fairly busy area with 3 users, one of them is a child, plus guests.
Screw it, I might just move this into the bedroom as an external monitor for my laptop. :D
