If I were buying, I'd definitely buy a 4-way and the chips to populate the board. Even if I start with a pair of 4809's. But I can still see the value in a 2U (or small tower) mini-cluster of dual socket blades.

What? Shot for 2-way? I love to have a deskside cluster dual processor machines able to handle 3TB of RAM and run at relatively low power. Also nice to have an option for people wanting to validate low then scale. But who sneezes at 24 cores in a dual machine with excellent performance...

IF you can actually use them,,,, 12 VGA terminators free to a good home For the life of me I cannot imagine why anyone could use them anymore! (Maybe I am missing out something?) All terminators handmade by [H]ecklerKoc[H]. The adapters are not included.
