    I thought doing a FULL format is not good for SSD's. Sat down just now, loaded Steam, library gone. Open file explorer, I can see the D: and folders in it.     I can give it a shot. It was originally #2 and then I moved it to #3 when I first ran into the issue. However since moving it to 3 I did do a BIOS update so maybe it'll prefer being in 2 now. I mean it can't hurt anything at this point.
