Got the email too, "Price after rebates and promotional discounts." If it's a MIR I highly advise against it. Look into who does it. I sent a MIR in for the antec 900 and it was denied... The denial took over 6 weeks; they sent an envelope back with a sticker over the address I sent it to...

Yeah I got an X2 3600+ socket 939 for $40. No longer listed on newegg, though.

If the deal falls apart soooo many people who bought stock are going to get reamed.

Good review. I will wait for long term reviews, though. 2 of the 3 fan lights that come on the Nine Hundred burned on me in less than a year. Not a big deal, but it's one of those things that pisses me off.

I'm sure as hell not sorting through 34 pages of comments. But I will input my opinion; if it's repeated refer to the beginning of my post. Don't lose hope in AMD everybody. Yes, nVidia is currently much better. And so is Intel. But I have hope in AMD. If you refer to historical data, AMD...

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/sale/index.asp?CDS2pid=&z=y There's a lot of books to sort through, so if you find a good read that's a good sale you should post it ;) Spend over $25 and your order should get free shipping.

Printer ink is a good deal since prices don't range much between retailers/newegg. 20% off at my local one (picked up some more Epson T069 inks since they run out so fast.) FWIW don't bother going over to the book section. They bought a whole bunch of books from some used bookstore and put...

Damnit, I'm still waiting for mine. Has anybody else ordered one and not gotten it yet? 3 day shipping my ass.

Pretty much all the deals suck (they're not really deals). Printer ink is a hot buy though. Most everywhere charges pretty much the same. Picked up two Epson T069 color cartridges for $13/each minus 10%. Not worth jumping over, but it was something I needed and a better price than most...

Ordered one yesterday. Assuming it'll arrive around Friday. I will do some benchmarks on my current Athlon 64 3500+ and the X2 3600+: Fresh install of XP Pro with services.msc optimized and appearance set to classic (with my optimized settings only about 87 MB of memory used). Will use O&O...

I think it's shady for Samsung to use Sandra 2004 for their new SSD benchmark. They claim these 100/80 MB/s speeds, but it's based on that program. I got my hopes up for nothing. On a different note, do you guys think it would be possible for a SSD manufacturer to create a SSD that has an...

Why? Isn't the drive smaller than most laptop drives? I would assume they make some kinda bracket to adapt it to 2.5" specs? And the big thing about these SSD drives is they do need to be 3.0gb/s capable. Samsung is preparing to release sata2 drives... They claim 100 MB/s sequential read...

Don't forget Circuit City and Staples both carry this printer. They have to PM it per company policies. If you plan to PM I would first try printing off the OM ML-2510 webpage and bringing that in. If they give you fluff about it being printed from the web, explain it's in the newspaper and...

The maximum price you'll pay is $50... Even at this price the deal is hot... Now lets turn up the heat a little bit more... Officemax is having a sale thru the 29th on the Samsung ML-2510 monotone laser printer. I dunno if Officemax is open on 12/24, but if you do make it in, print this $10...
