Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I figured loading my photos/video onto the SSD, at least when I'm working on them, would help render times(video) and apply batch post processing(photos) quicker, but I guess when you open it up, it loads it into ram, and isn't editing off your harddrive.
bigddybn, what type of games load...
So with the fact that SSD drives are more expensive, you'd have to purchase a smaller capacity compared to a normal HDD. Is there a rule of thumb on what to install on a SSD and what to install on a normal HDD and still get the most out of your space, and enjoy the speeds?

I'm trying to setup a dazzle to record games that I've played, and I was wondering if i could make the PS3 stream both to my big HDTV and send video to the dazzle capture card(which is RCA) I guess if you can't do that, I wonder if you can use a splitter and send RCA signal to both the TV and...
I deal with tape backup everday and the average compression ratio is 1.2:1 or 1.4:1. Anything more than 1.5:1 is a miracle. It all depends on what data you're backing up too.
I'm going to build my own, and didn't think about making it to where you can fold it up, but now that I think of it, if it's a full sitin stand, I might want to do that.
Man I have no idea how to explain what I"m talking about but when you go to the arcade and you have to sit in a little fake car, and they have a steering wheel and pedals.
Do you know if there is anybody who has made one of those? I'm talking anywhere as simple as just making something to...

I found one for $20. I know it's $20, an amount that you can find under your couch, but would it be worth messing with, even if it was free? They say it works fine, but has a lot of popups(no biggie, just gonna format it when I get it anyways).
Here is a writeup on the computer, but it's...
